I was waking up in the middle of the night, I was planning to retire at 70 and move to a tiny house in the wilderness and I knew nothing much about Ayurveda and daily routines.  I was just lifting weights and walking for exercise.

My daily massage or Abhayanga helped my joints and skin and I was given specific movements to correct the lordosis of my back. I will continue to try to keep to my daily routines to stay in balance.
